Clock of Souls is a design I created for a single-player instance that would fit into a MMOG such as World of Warcraft or similar game. My design constraints were the following:
- Create a quest instance appropriate for a single player of low level.
- Utilize only a single enemy model (variants ok)
Additionally, because it was an instance, the quest had to be self-contained and not rely on any outside locations, characters, or items. The result is a dark and mysterious experience involving a girl and her dead sister's soul with a build up to a dramatic final encounter.
